In the summer of 2021, the Arts Advisory Commission (AAC), in partnership with Hamilton Arts Council and as part of the Celebrating Resilience in the Arts project, issued an open call to collect art works and stories from Hamilton artists that showcase how they have responded to the pandemic. The Celebrating Resilience in the Arts Survey was conducted from October 28-November 21, 2021, and received 107 responses from local artists, sharing how they have been affected by the pandemic.
