Jaycee Tu is a curator and multidisciplinary artist whose work explores notions of belonging and relationships with land through storytelling practices, historical/ archival research and community and arts-based programming. Jaycee also works as a freelance educator and workshop facilitator, having taught arts-related practices to children and youth for various organizations including Chinese College of Art, Design Exchange Museum, Youthdale Treatment Center and The Peer Project. She is a graduate of OCAD University with a BFA in Criticism and Curatorial Practices and has completed multiple classes in the American Sign Language program at the Canadian Hearing Society. Jaycee also works in marketing and digital strategies, with a passion for inclusive and accessible design. Jaycee is Chinese-Filipina, born and based in Tkaronto.
